What are your shipping rates within Australia?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 across Australia. For orders below this amount, a flat rate of $10 applies. Express shipping is also available at checkout for a flat fee of $15.

We stand by everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to the store you bought it from or to Patagonia for a repair, replacement or refund.

What is your return policy for change of mind?

You can return any item purchased through our website within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition with tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.
